Please join the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association at the Fluno Center in Madison on Tuesday, October 10, for a panel discussion regarding patent litigation, including topics relating to venue, inter partes review proceedings, willful infringement, patent-eligible subject matter, attorneys' fees awards, and design patents. Moderated by Joe Miotke of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., the panel will include Honorable Judge William M. Conley of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and patent litigation practitioners Don Best of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, Jennifer Gregor of Godfrey & Kahn S.C., Toby Reynolds of Hansen Reynolds LLC, Shane Brunner of Merchant & Gould P.C., and Matt Duchemin of Quarles & Brady LLP. The program will be submitted to the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners for up to 1.0 CLE credits.
