Tom Bausch – Investment Management (Milwaukee, Wisc.)
Tom assists mutual fund clients with matters related to fund formation, registration statement preparation and ongoing compliance. Tom also counsels investment advisers on matters related to SEC compliance and private fund clients with respect to federal and state regulatory requirements.
Zach Bemis – Insurance and Political (Madison, Wisc.)
Zach’s practice focuses heavily on the insurance industry, and he provides corporate and regulatory services to insurance companies, agencies, and insurance trade associations. Zach also works with other regulated industries in Wisconsin, including the alcohol beverage industry. Building off his experience in state government, Zach regularly assists clients in navigating licensing, permitting, enforcement and administrative issues.
Aaron McCann – Labor & Employment (Green Bay, Wisc.)
Aaron maintains a broad-based employment law practice focused on defending employers’ interests in disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Wisconsin Equal Rights Division, National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Sarah Sargent – Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology (Milwaukee, Wisc.)
Sarah’s practice focuses on assisting clients in implementing innovative technology and finding practical business solutions for privacy compliance. She counsels clients on privacy compliance with a variety of state, federal and international laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation.
