Nixon is the lead attorney in Godfrey & Kahn’s Business Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. He represents clients in cases before the United States Supreme Court and the Courts of Appeal, as well as in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States, including some of the largest bankruptcies filed in the U.S.
Wauters is co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He represents public companies with respect to offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law with compliance matters. He also has experience relating to private securities offerings and general corporate and fiduciary matters.
