Dana Hall is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee Office. Dana advises clients on a variety of complex mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. In addition to her mergers and acquisition practice, Dana also assists a variety of clients with general governance and corporate matters.
During law school, Dana worked as a research assistant to Dean Joseph D. Kearney, where she researched and analyzed historical legal cases, supplemental briefs and legal opinion letters.
Prior to law school, Dana worked as a legal contracts intern with TDS Telecommunications Corporation.
