Pedro is an associate in the Labor, Employment, & Immigration Practice Group in the Madison office. Pedro was a Summer Associate at Godfrey & Kahn prior to joining the firm.
While attending law school, Pedro worked as a student extern to the National Labor Relations Board – Subregion 30 where he completed legal projects for attorneys and field examiners in a range of areas of labor law, primarily under the National Labor Relations Act and FLSA. In addition, he acted as a judicial extern for an administrative appellate judge with the Department of Labor’s Administrative Review Board, dealing with a variety of labor and employment laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and whistleblower statutes.
Also during law school, Pedro served as the Vice-President of Community Affairs for the Latino/a Law Students Association of Wisconsin, acting as the Community Liaison for the Community Immigration Law Clinic by recruiting volunteers.
