Meet Nicole

Nicole is a paralegal in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office, bringing more than 20 years of experience to clients. Nicole has an extensive background of various real estate transactions such as commercial real estate financing and refinancing, acquisitions, development and sales and leasing. Nicole assists attorneys in the preparation of documents and the management of real estate transactions by executing detailed property research, performing due diligence, analysis of surveys and title searches, frequent communication with clients and all parties involved to ensure deadlines are being met and post-closing management.

Nicole also has an extensive background of corporate matters and managing and coordinating all aspects of corporate transactions, including familiarity with both buyer and seller-side transactions and equity deals.
