Patrick is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Madison office. Patrick’s practice focuses on litigation, post-grant administrative proceedings, intellectual property licensing, patent portfolio design and management, and freedom-to-operate and invalidity studies. He worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard G. Taranto of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Before law school, Patrick worked as a technology development specialist at an emerging biotechnology company.
Patrick is licensed to practice in Delaware, but is not yet licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
