Patrick is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Madison office. Patrick’s practice focuses on the full life cycle of intellectual property and covers a breadth of issues, including litigation matters, intellectual property licensing and transactions, preparation and prosecution of patents and trademarks, patent and trademark portfolio management, and patent validity and infringement opinions.
Patrick worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard G. Taranto of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to law school, Patrick worked as a technology development specialist at a biotechnology company.
