As the business world expands globally, more and more companies need to employ foreign personnel in the United States to grow their businesses and maintain their competitive edge.

Members of our Labor, Employment & Immigration Law Practice Group counsel our clients on the best strategy for bringing foreign personnel on board and maintaining their valid work status. Our understanding of our clients’ business and needs enables us to prepare effective immigration-related applications and petitions without unforeseen delays or unpleasant surprises. We streamline the process and stay up-to-date on ever-changing immigration procedures and standards so our clients and their human resources departments can focus on what they do best.

We offer a full range of immigration-related services, including H-1Bs, O-1s, TNs, L-1s, Es, and the various steps of the permanent residence process, and naturalization. We routinely work with employers in numerous industries including manufacturing, veterinary services, insurance, higher-education, public school districts, technology companies, retail and healthcare. Our services include counseling and advocacy related to H-1B cap exemptions; deemed exports certifications; prevailing wage issues; PERM filings and audits; post-approval worksite inspections by USCIS, DOL or other government agencies; STEM extension training plans; J-1 waivers; and, visa applications/international travel.

In addition, we also provide a full range of worksite enforcement compliance services to employers including guidance on Form I-9 and E-Verify obligations, compliance with hiring-related anti-discrimination provisions, self-audits, Social Security number no-matches, and defense to agency enforcement actions.

Finally, we also provide a full range of family-based immigration services including fiancé(e) petitions, spousal and parental petitions.
