Peter Wilder is a member of Godfrey & Kahn's Financial Institutions Group in the Milwaukee office.  He focuses his practice on bank mergers and acquisitions, charter applications, regulatory and compliance matters, and general securities.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Peter received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He also received minors in both Business and Classical Studies.  He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri- Columbia, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and made Dean's List every semester.  While in law school, Peter clerked for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
