Brenda is a paralegal on the Corporate practice group in the Waukesha office. Brenda has been a Corporate Paralegal with the firm since 1995, and has been in the firm's Waukesha office since 2007. Brenda has assisted with all aspects of corporate transactions, including the formation of entities, maintenance of corporate records, due diligence matters, mergers, acquisitions, conversions, reorganizations and dissolutions.

Brenda earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and also has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
