Jacqueline Schwartz is a Litigation paralegal in the Madison office. Jackie has been with the firm since June 2000.

Jackie has been involved in all aspects of complex litigation cases particularly in the practice areas of insurance, corporate, financial restructuring, intellectual property and products liability. Jackie’s experience includes case management, the discovery process, alternative dispute resolution activities, trial preparation, and the appellate process.

Jackie also has experience working with the financial restructuring practice regarding adversary proceeding actions, proofs of claim and electronic case filings.

Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota Bachelors degree in paralegal studies and criminal justice.
