Maureen is a paralegal in the Real Estate practice group in the Waukesha office. She has worked on a variety of both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including significant work in lender owned foreclosure properties. Highlights of recent work include involvement with 1031 exchange properties, trust agreements, and out-of-state sales/refinancing of properties.

Before joining the firm, Maureen served over 20 years at a large Wisconsin title company providing her expertise in the national business unit area. Duties included closing both local and national transactions, reviewing and examining title insurance commitments and following up with obtaining material necessary for clearances. She also reviewed surveys and provided support to a wide array of law firms, title companies, and real estate brokers. Her experience also includes a year assisting in opening a new title insurance company where she was employed as the Commercial Operations Manager. This role included overseeing and closing all commercial real estate transactions and managing the office's general operations on a day to day basis.
