Jennifer L. Gregor is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups. Jennifer assists clients with all aspects of intellectual property, including procurement, clearance, and enforcement. She has significant experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, advertising, unfair competition, copyright, and trade secret cases, as well as other complex civil litigation. Jennifer also has substantial experience with domain name and internet issues, product clearance reviews, and managing domestic and international trademark portfolios.

Jennifer has technical research experience in the areas of biochemistry and agricultural biotechnology. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a product specialist at Abbott Laboratories where she worked with HIV and hepatitis diagnostic assays and at Monsanto Company where she worked on a team that conducted a scale-up of a protein purification process from laboratory to pilot plant.
