MILWAUKEE (Dec. 21, 2010) − Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is proud to announce the addition of Alexander W. Hansch to its Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Milwaukee office location.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Hansch was an attorney with Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Hansch represents a broad range of business clients, from closely held service corporations to large manufacturers. He has experience counseling clients on a variety of matters, including daily legal affairs, stock sales, asset acquisitions, executive compensation, employee benefits and how a business's structure can maximize tax savings.
Hansch received his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Political Science and Philosophy from St. Olaf College. He graduated first in his class at the Marquette University Law School, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Marquette Law Review.
