Godfrey & Kahn Attorney Timothy F. Nixon Authors Book On Understanding Fraudulant Transfers

Green Bay, Wisconsin (August 17, 2009). Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is pleased to announce that Timothy F. Nixon, a shareholder and team leader of the firm's Business Finance and Restructuring Practice Group, has co-authored Understanding Fraudulent Transfers published by Aspatore Books of Boston.

Nixon is a frequent lecturer and speaker on matters involving bankruptcy law and has been published extensively. He also has represented clients in cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, as well as in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. His cases have included some of the largest bankruptcies filed in the United States.

Nixon is a member of the American College of Bankruptcy, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and serves on the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Editorial Advisory Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Insolvency and Creditors Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin as well as a member of the bar of the State of New York.
