Godfrey & Kahn opened its second office in Green Bay in 1985 to establish a presence near several key clients. Located on the western shore of Lake Michigan and home to the NFL Champions, Green Bay Packers, Green Bay is the third largest city in the state but the smallest metropolitan area in North America to host a major professional sports franchise. Green Bay is an industrial city with several meatpacking and paper plants, as well as a diverse professional and business community.

Both the Green Bay and Appleton offices are pleased to support the New North, an organization dedicated to promoting northeast Wisconsin's economy. Key initiatives of the New North include fostering collaboration, focusing on targeted growth opportunities, supporting a diverse entrepreneurial climate and encouraging educational achievement.

Directions to Green Bay Office: Take I-43 north from Milwaukee to Green Bay. Take the Webster Street exit bearing left. Go four traffic lights to Walnut Street and turn right. Go five more traffic lights and turn left on Washington Street. Riverwalk Plaza building is the second building on your right. Godfrey & Kahn is located in the Riverwalk Plaza building on the first floor.
