Meet Crystal

Crystal Airriess is a paralegal in the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. She assists with the formation of entities and maintenance of corporate records, as well as with mergers, conversions, acquisitions, and reorganizations. She also assists with commercial financing transactions, due diligence projects, and the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code.
