Adam Prinsen is an associate in the firm’s Madison office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Adam has litigated a variety of complex civil disputes in the areas of employment, non-compete, intellectual property, breach of lease, land contract, and insurance law. Adam has also assisted with government investigations, Fair Credit Reporting Act, contract manufacturing agreement, products liability, antitrust, and bankruptcy cases.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Adam served as a Student Attorney in the Neighborhood Law Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Economic Justice Institute where he provided free legal services to low-income residents of Madison, primarily representing clients in landlord/tenant and employment and wage cases. While in law school, Adam was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review, the Moot Court Board, and the Mock Trial Team.
