Meet Danny

Danny is well-versed in a number of various real estate sub-specialties, but has significant experience advising clients through acquisitions and dispositions of various types of commercial property across the United States, including, without limitation, real property used for manufacturing and office purposes, commercial leasing transactions, commercial real estate financing transactions, and land-use and easement issues. Danny’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements, such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and loan documents. Additionally, he has worked closely with Godfrey & Kahn’s Environmental Practice Group in connection with the acquisition and disposition of environmentally-impacted real property.
