Jennifer Wolff is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group. Jennifer focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Jennifer represents both lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured loan transactions, single bank and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based and cash flow financings, and subordinated debt transactions. She also has considerable experience representing private equity buyers in acquisition financings and the ongoing financing needs of their portfolio companies. In addition, Jennifer has handled various aspects of loan restructurings, forbearances and workouts.
In the corporate area, Jennifer has experience representing corporate clients in areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and general corporate law.
