Overview | Attorneys

In addition to providing counsel on import/export transactions, agency and distribution arrangements, the firm advises foreign subsidiaries of its U.S.-based corporate clients and assists them in establishing a variety of joint-venture and technology transfer relationships and acquiring foreign operations and companies. The firm also provides legal and business advice for an increasing number of foreign clients seeking to make direct investments in the United States. Because of the expanding number of jurisdictions with antitrust enforcement regimes, the antitrust aspects of these transactions must be considered. Members of the Antitrust Practice Group have represented clients in many complex transactions and have participated in international forums dealing with complex issues relating to concurrent antitrust enforcement in the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions.
