Jon Anderson was recently quoted in a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article regarding overtime pay for state workers. The following is an exerpt from the article. 

Jon Anderson, a Madison employment attorney, said he was worried about whether employees could safely oversee inmates or patients when they put in exceedingly long hours.

“At the end of the day, it becomes a safety issue,” he said. “The question is, are they at their best when they’re doing that? Are they getting adequately refreshed in order to work what I think we’d (all) agree is a difficult job?”
