Christopher’s practice focuses on assisting businesses in a variety of corporate transactions and contractual matters, including acquisitions, corporate and limited liability company structuring and governance, as well as preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements. He assists clients in negotiating and drafting merger and acquisition agreements, direction letters and funds-flow statements. He also manages transactional due diligence as well as post-closing and transition matters. With a strong business and technology background, Christopher offers business-focused and solution-based counsel to clients regarding business planning and succession, customer and vendor negotiations, transactions and risk management.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Christopher was a partner at a technology consulting firm where he oversaw network design, implementation and end-user agreements. Before joining Godfrey & Kahn, Christopher worked for a business law firm in Chicago and served as corporate counsel for a privately-held software company in Madison.
