Jameson O. Steffel

Meet Jameson

Jameson’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence, and drafting commercial contracts. Jameson began at Godfrey & Kahn as a summer associate. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Jameson was a Legal Intern for A. O. Smith, handling a variety of legal matters. Before law school, Jameson was a Senior Banker at Rocket Mortgage.

While in law school, Jameson served as the Managing Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review and had two articles published in the law journal. Jameson is also an alumnus of the Summer Business Scholars Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
