Khatija Choudhry’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and drafting commercial contracts. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Khatija was a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel for the Medical College of Wisconsin.
While in law school, Khatija served as a Senior Comment Editor for the Marquette University Law Review and as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. She was also a Student Associate for the Marquette University Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she worked directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses on various projects including entity choice and formation as well as drafting and preparing vesting and operating agreements.
Khatija is Safe Space Certified and speaks Urdu.
