Matthew Stoiber is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group focusing on commercial litigation disputes and employment litigation matters. His work includes representing companies in discrimination claims before a federal administrative agency, representing a corporation regarding an employee termination and wrongful discharge claim, and advising clients regarding employment contracts and wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Matthew was a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge William C. Griesbach of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, a judicial intern to the Honorable Justice Daniel Kelly of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin.
