Molly M. Woods

Molly Woods is a member in the Tax and Employee Benefits practice group. Her practice focuses on the federal and state income tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Molly worked in the New York office of an international public accounting firm where she reviewed state income and non-income taxes for large corporations and advised on merger and acquisition transactions.
