Paul is an associate in the Madison office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His legal practice is focused on antitrust, employment and insurance coverage litigation.
Paul represents clients in complex litigation, including multidistrict and class action antitrust matters, as well as wage and hour and other employment-related class and collective actions. He is currently serving as the Young Lawyer Representative of the Distribution and Franchising Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.
Paul also routinely represents clients on employment matters in state and federal court, as well as in Equal Rights Division and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proceedings. As part of the insurance team, Paul regularly analyzes complex insurance issues, providing clients with coverage opinions and litigating coverage issues in state and federal court.
Paul previously worked for a Chicago-based firm. He also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas Waterman of the Iowa Supreme Court. While in law school, Paul served as a Note and Comment Editor for Iowa’s Journal of Corporation Law, and worked in the Antitrust Division of Ford Motor Company’s Office of General Counsel.
