Tiffany Biedermann

Tiffany Biedermann is an associate in the Green Bay office and is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Tiffany worked as a senior paralegal at Thrivent Financial for 12 years. While there, she supported all aspects of the business from major corporate initiatives to “run the business.” Some of the corporate initiatives Tiffany supported include ensuring legal compliance and enforceability of an electronic insurance application and signature system, modernizing the company’s contract administration and pages systems, and building online transaction functionality. In addition, Tiffany provided day-to-day support for multi-state unclaimed property audits, voluntary unclaimed property disclosure agreements, and unclaimed property processes for Thrivent and its subsidiaries, with particular expertise in life, annuity, and mutual funds unclaimed property operations. On a daily basis, Tiffany supported diverse topics such as insurable interest, material misrepresentation, and continuous improvement.

In addition to her legal experience at Thrivent, Tiffany also served as a law clerk on the International Claim Association law committee and clerked for the Hon. Chief Justice Stephan Grochowski with the Menominee Tribal Court.
