Godfrey & Kahn Attorney Timothy F. Nixon Authors Bankruptcy Book on Prepackaged Chapter 11s

Nixon, a shareholder and team leader of the firm's Business Finance and Restructuring Practice Group, has co-authored a First Focus special report book, The Increase in Prepackaged Chapter 11s, published by Aspatore Books of Boston. It is a resource for those involved with the intricacies of bankruptcy and financial restructuring.

Nixon is a frequent lecturer and speaker on matters involving bankruptcy law and has been published extensively. He also has represented clients in cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, as well as in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. His cases have included some of the largest bankruptcies filed in the United States.

Nixon is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the bar of the State of New York, the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Insolvency and Creditors Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and serves on the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Editorial Advisory Board.
