Meet Susan

Susan Hannert is a paralegal in the Securities Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. She assists attorneys with regulatory and compliance matters for investment advisers, broker-dealers, mutual funds and public companies. Susan routinely prepares and files documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission through the EDGAR database; prepares and files investment adviser and broker-dealer registration forms through the IARD and Web CRD Systems; and performs legal research relating to compliance, governance and disclosure issues.
