Winston's practice focused on representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation throughout the State of Wisconsin from his office in Green Bay. Throughout his more than 35 years of practice, he handled many different kinds of complex litigation including professional liability (including accounting, legal and medical malpractice), products liability, shareholder disputes, distributor relations, employment, environmental, real estate, fiduciary, trusts and estates litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He also handled administrative matters, including Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources disputes, licensing and administrative law hearings.
