Meet Mahmood
Mahmood Abdellatif is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and startup & venture capital practices. His practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, equity and debt financing, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts.
While in law school, Mahmood was a Comment Editor and published in the Marquette Law Review. He also served as a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review. Additionally, Mahmood served as a Student Associate in the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where he worked directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses on various projects including entity choice and formation as well as tax restructuring. Prior to Godfrey & Kahn, Mahmood was a law clerk at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. He is also fluent in Arabic.
