Situational ADA, FMLA and WC Updates

This presentation and discussion will explore the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, state and federal family and medical leave laws and worker's compensation law as they relate to employees with medical conditions. The discussion will focus on the separate requirements of each law and the way those requirements interact with each other in practice. The presenter and participants will describe possible approaches to real-life situations at the intersection of these three difficult areas of employment law.
