Join us for a free workshop geared toward small to mid-sized businesses and their human resources needs. This workshop will provide you with the information and guidance to help you comply with state and federal laws, as well as an understanding of the critical legal concepts that all companies need to master (civil rights, wage and hour issues, accommodation requests and more).

Participants will have the opportunity to solve real scenarios using the legal knowledge they have learned through the course of the workshop.

Professional credit information

• PHR/ SPHR/ GPHR approval:  This activity has been approved for 2.5 HR(General) recertification credit hours toward GPHR, PHR and SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
• SHRM approval:  Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program is valid for 2.5 PDC for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP. 
• CLE approval:  CLE credit is currently pending with the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners
