This is designed to be an interactive session focused on how to ease the burden of reading and applying the HIPAA Rules.

This session will review key resources when researching legal answers to HIPAA questions.Included in the session will be an application of law to some common scenarios. 

This practical session will utilize the HIPAA Cow Preemption Matrix as an opportunity to develop law reading skills.
