Milwaukee (Nov. 7, 2022) – Godfrey & Kahn is pleased to announce that Allison Andrew and Brian Anhalt were named 2022 Rising Young Lawyers by the Wisconsin Law Journal. This honor was developed by the Wisconsin Law Journal to recognize lawyers who, early in their career, are already making a difference in their firms.

Allison Andrew practices in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate advising. In addition to her mergers and acquisitions practice, Allison has experience representing issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt.

Brian Anhalt also practices in the firm’s Corporate Practice group in the Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on securities and corporate law matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general securities law compliance and reporting matters.
