Corporate Transactions: A Year in Review

2019 proved to be another strong year in terms of deal activity. Last year, our team of more than 50 deal lawyers assisted over 100 clients with a variety of transactions. In 2020, our goal is to continue to provide our clients with the outstanding results and service they deserve and expect. While middle market M&A activity has remained very strong during the first two months of 2020, it remains unseen whether the global precautions against coronavirus disease 2019 and the recent reaction of the stock markets will slow activity for a period of time in 2020.
