MILWAUKEE (August 3, 2026) — Godfrey & Kahn is pleased to announce that the firm and Estates & Trusts Shareholder Joan Klimpel have been recognized in the 2026 Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law.

The firm recieved a Band 1 ranking, and Joan recieved an individual Band 2 ranking.

Joan represents clients in the areas of fiduciary income taxation, estate and gift taxation, probate and trust administration, business succession planning and the drafting of wills, trusts and related estate planning documents. In addition to working with clients on more traditional estate planning matters, she advises clients on estate planning techniques focused on leveraging tax exemptions and, in some cases, addressing closely held business succession and philanthropic objectives. She also serves as trustee for more than 150 trusts.
