Godfrey & Kahn to present on Solar Energy at GLIIHC – USET Meeting April 25

John Clancy, leader of Godfrey & Kahn’s Environmental and Energy Strategies Practice Groups and Brian Pierson, leader of the firm’s Indian Nations law Practice Group, will present at the April 25, 2017, meeting of the Great Lakes Indian Housing Association and United South & Eastern Tribes at the Native Learning Center Training Facility in Hollywood Florida. The presentation will focus on strategies to finance solar energy for tribal housing, using federal and state grants, renewable energy investment tax credits, power purchase agreements and other finance tools.
