MILWAUKEE (Aug. 8, 2025) – Godfrey & Kahn is pleased to share that Kendall Harrison was named to Law360’s “Legal Lions of the Week” in recognition of a significant victory before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

On Tuesday, Aug. 5, the Seventh Circuit reversed a lower court's decision to certify a class in a Wisconsin natural gas price-fixing case. The Court determined that the trial judge needed to "engage more fully" with conflicting expert evidence before deciding that common issues predominate in the case.

Kendall represented the prevailing parties in the victory, alongside a team from Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP.
