  • 47 transactions having an aggregate value of approximately $1.4 billion
    • 42 M&A transactions for a combined purchase price of $1.3 billion
    • Three public bond financings for an aggregate value of $32 million
    • Two restructuring and recapitalization transactions with an aggregate value of $148 million
  • We represented 42 clients in a variety of transactions, including public companies, private companies, private equity firms and underwriters
