The mission of the Milwaukee County Personnel Review Board is to assure the fair and impartial due process hearings for the suspension, demotion or discharge of County employees in the classified service as provided by law.
Gaytán is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. He assists private and public employers in addressing general human resource issues and counsels employers in every aspect of labor and employment law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas - Austin.
