Milwaukee, Wisc. (Oct. 28, 2021) – Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is excited to announce that Emma Jewell is a recipient of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s 2021 Pro Bono Publico award for her recent pro bono work, which culminated in her successful argument before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Emma represented a pro bono client on a criminal appeal before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, including a successful argument before the Wisconsin Supreme Court involving important constitutional issues, ultimately dedicating close to 300 hours to seeing the case through.
