Word on the street is that the long-awaited and highly anticipated revised federal wage and hour regulations will be published by the Department of Labor this week. We will update our blog once the regulations have been published. We also hope to hold small-group client roundtable sessions in various locations for those who would like to hear our view of the new regulations. Timing will be quick and space will be limited, so stay tuned.
