Meet Ben
Ben is an attorney in the firm’s Milwaukee office and a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s Chambers Band 1-ranked Corporate/M&A practice. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. Ben represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, publicly traded companies and privately held businesses in buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from several million to over $800 million.
Ben regularly serves as primary day-to-day client contact on complex transactions, including contested auctions, platform and add-on acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and exits.
Before joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ben spent a summer at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) on the Corporate/M&A team in Munich, Germany. Prior to entering legal practice, Ben worked in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he was based in the firm’s San Francisco and Phoenix offices.
