Meet Ben

Ben’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate governance.  He advises private equity firms and portfolio companies, multinational corporations, closely held and family-owned companies, and early-stage companies on a wide range of matters.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ben worked as a legal intern in the Corporate Department at Allen & Overy in Munich, Germany where he assisted private equity and corporate clients with cross-border transactions throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Before starting his legal career, Ben was a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group, where he spent time working in both EY’s San Francisco and Phoenix offices.
