Meet Ben
Ben Jordan’s practice focuses on advising and assisting global clients with legal implementation of complex internal organizational restructurings and entity rationalization initiatives. Additionally, Ben advises clients on tax aspects of business transactions such as private equity financings, hedge funds and other joint investment pools, acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations of corporations, like-kind exchanges and acquisitive partnership transactions.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ben was a Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax, LLP, where he assisted clients in audit appeals, consulted on sales and use tax matters, and ensured client compliance with income and franchise tax laws nationwide. While in law school, Ben participated in the University of Wisconsin Law School’s moot court board as both competitor and coach as well as Competitions Chair of the board.
