Meet Ben
Ben Jordan is a member of the Corporate practice. He focuses on advising global clients and multinational corporations with legal implementation of complex organizational restructurings and entity rationalization initiatives to help clients realize operational efficiencies and implement administrative, business and financing strategies.
Ben’s practice also includes various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and corporate governance matters across a wide variety of industries. He excels in managing extensive coordination among both domestic and international legal counsel and specializes in advising clients on innovative and pragmatic solutions that ensure smooth execution of reorganizations across jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ben worked at Deloitte Tax, LLP as a member of their Multistate Tax group. In law school, Ben participated in the University of Wisconsin Law School’s moot court board as both competitor and coach as well as Competitions Chair of the board.
