Meet Brenda

Brenda Sweeney is a paralegal for the Litigation practice and has been with the firm since 2003. She has assisted attorneys on a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities, banking, class actions, insurance coverage, dealership and trade regulations, corporate and partnership control and succession, taxation, environmental law, business torts, estates and trusts, constitutional law, construction disputes, intellectual property, business fraud, sale of business, distributor relations, labor and employment, unfair competition, and shareholder disputes.

Brenda assists in all phases of litigation including case strategy, fact investigation, discovery productions and requests, data analysis, document management and organization, legal research, trial preparation and participation, and appeals in state and federal courts.
