Meet Caroline
Caroline advises tenants, landlords, lenders and borrowers on a wide range of commercial real estate matters across manufacturing, industrial, office and retail markets. Understanding the value of helping clients understand a deal from various perspectives, Caroline strives to balance a full-service real estate practice through which she regularly touches all aspects of a real estate project’s life cycle.
Her experience includes working with clients on construction, acquisition and refinance loans, including high-volume and large-scale lending transactions on a national scale and sophisticated syndicated loan structures. She also guides clients through purchases and sales of office buildings, condominiums, vacant land and mixed-use buildings. Her work includes low-income housing tax credit-financed projects and scattered site development projects, which require working through entitlement matters and land use issues. Caroline dedicates a significant portion of her practice to negotiating leases and subleases for office, industrial and retail landlords and tenants.
Known for her clear communication, Caroline translates complex issues into practical guidance. She understands that every transaction involves diverse stakeholder interests and long-term objectives, especially in projects that balance private investment with regulatory or community considerations.
