Meet Cody

Cody Nelson is an attorney in the firm’s Madison office and a member of the Estate Planning practice group. In his practice, Cody provides clients with a range of services, including assistance with wills and trusts, marital property agreements, business succession planning, estate tax gifting strategies, fiduciary income taxation, estate and trust administration, and probate administration.

Cody also volunteers at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and with the Wills for Heroes program, where he provides basic estate planning services to low-income families and to eligible first responders.
